A new approach to English teaching by RH Method at Khoksha.                                                                           Funny things are serious here at khoksha. Students are at a loss what to do, how to make a good result and with whom to read. They are looking for the touchstone, rushing to and fro, making plans after plans; they have become just like crazy dogs; they are doing all these without reading; waste of time is just like drinking a glass of water to them. Actually to say, investing time in studies is like catching a falling star because modern technology is giving them a real comfort; they find immense comfort through using facebook. It is as clear as a day that English is an enemy to them; most of them want to overcome this subject. From my experience, this much can be written that, when I speak English in class, not all but many students throw their wry look at me; I know the why and wherefore of it because their parents are looking forword to result only and the so-called English teachers have given a prescription of some stupid rules. They are at no circumstances enthusiastic to listen to  or speak English. In the age of creative merit ,memorization is valueless .Some students cannot get rid of this harmful net. Not all but some so-called famous teachers of Khoksha are tempting some students to read with them .After reading for two years ,they have not been able to learn even tenses of English which results in no chance in any public university ,destroying potential bright future and at last, nobody to console them. RH Method is poles apart meaning totally different .Creativity is the choice. If some rules really helped students learn English, students could communicate in English; they might not fear this language ;they might get A+;  I can tell the names of even hundreds of students who cannot translate even a short English sentence into Bangla .Moreover, a lot many students are basically of poor quality and below the standard to sort out what to learn, how to learn ,from whom to  learn and in short, they can be named as aliens in the world of English. To make everybody know ,they are switching off the light of their lives by making the  misleading choices of their educational notion. To brush aside the weakness as to this very special  language ,I along with some energetic teachers have been determined to teach learners through speaking English. By keeping pace with the suddenly technologically changed world, we have antipathy to false and people-showy and self-contradictory knowledge. Happy to think that many students are gaining the desired confidence and competence about speaking English. I have indomitable spirit ,unquenchable thirst and the long- cherished desire to teach the students how to speak English .In fact, I become immensely happy when I hear my students speaking English. Known to all that a great number of students continue to come of poor parents. So, if they can learn it in true sense, it will meet up their economic necessity. Universally true that speaking is the best and the easiest way of learning English. At the same time, I do not want any teacher to consider me as their enemy because they are ignorant of what the communicative approach is. To help them know, communicative competence means the ability to use language appropriately and practically in different circumstances. In this communicative world, those who cannot speak English, are called internationally dumb people. So, nobody should be internationally dumb. My whole-hearted effort to help the students learn English through speaking English has come true and will spread out widely within a short span of time.       

Without having skill in this language, students cannot even think of getting chance in any university. Hundreds of students fail in English because of not having basic knowledge in English. It has been clear to every body that these students cram some grammatical rules and some parts of writing and when they get anything uncommon in the question paper, they cannot write  properly and fail in the exam. On the basis of the well -wish of the Almighty and my untiring endeavour, RH Method will open the new door of English learning and teaching .

The aim of this method is to prepare the students for the competitive world .Happy news is that many students can speak English who were really weak in English. On the basis of this success, RH Method has proved that speaking English is possible. RH Method is determined to make the weak students competent in English. Friendly atmosphere is a must because I teach language not the disgusting rules of English which are directly rejected by the teachers and the students who are practically good at  English. The cause of the failure of hundreds of students in English in the examination is an open secret .To sum up, I ,as a conscious teacher, can suggest the students of khoksha not to be cheated.
